We can supply machines manufactured in stainless and mild steel. Single shaft or twin shaft with various types of paddle arrangement fitted with pneumatic valve outlets, suitable for connecting to pumps or screw feeds.
These machines are designed to handle dry mixing as well as wet mixing. They are supplied for standard execution or can be fitted with a hinge vacuum lid.
The same mixers can be mounted one on top of the other to give a continuous mixing action. They can be supplied with hot water or steam heating depending on customer requirements. The Machine drive gear motors would be sized to suit customers’ needs.
The machines are used for pre-mixing mass for two and five roll refining. The same machines can be used for product recycling, removable of flavours and moisture for bean roasting, alkalizing of liquor, shell roasting and many other applications.
Machines are available in sizes from 100 kg batch capacity up to 6000 kg batch capacity and can be fitted with different styles of mixing arms for different applications.
